Phase 02
Importing into Digital
Once the pieces were imported, I drew the characters out again digitally. Although I was finalizing the characters at this point, I wanted the illustrations to still appear sketch like. I fixed any issues, such as anatomy, in this phase while still keeping in mind that this is not supposed to be extremely polished.
Rosario
For the digital line art, I fixed the direction his eyes were going due to them seeming a bit off after further evaluation. Additionally, I tried to make his jacket a bit baggier, to indicated that it is a size too large.
Alibi
Here I lengthened Alibi's boots a bit to seem more anatomically correct. The main difference from this and the sketch is that I tried to adjust his face to appear slightly more masculine and re-size his eyes.
Chloe
Their overall sketch was pretty accurate to what I wanted so the majority of it stayed the same. However, I did add their sleeve tattoos when digitally drawing the line art.
Matthew
I felt that their right leg was really off due to the position it was in. This made me redraw it in order to give the full body pose some balance. Other than this, I adjusted his face in order for Matthew to appear older since he is older than most the characters.
Azalette
The main difference here is that I fixed Azalette's left arm since it was drastically inaccurate due to the positioning. Furthermore, I gave the dress a bit more volume to showcase her figure a bit more.
